How do I find out?

Choose an operating system.

Follow this chain of commands: Start a Programs

Look down the list of programmes that are installed. If Adobe Reader is among them it will appear in the list, with the version number alongside.

NEWSprint requires a minimum of Version 5. However, if you have an older version, (or even Version 5 itself), we would recommend that you first remove these older versions (How?) before visiting the Adobe website and downloading the latest free version. (Downloading over the top of older versions of Adobe Reader can cause the latest version to malfunction.)

The free Adobe download can be reached from this link.
